We read every message. Whether you have a question, have spotted a mistake, want to collaborate with us, or have a product you think we should review, we'd like to hear it.
Found a mistake?
Tell us which article, what's wrong, and where you saw the correct information. Prices are the usual culprit because companies change them without warning. If the evidence checks out, we'll fix the article and note what changed.
Suggest a product to test
If there's a product you're weighing up and can't find an honest review of, send it our way. Tell us what you'd use it for. The product might just be our next review.
Are you a builder or a company rep?
You're welcome to tell us about your product. A few things to know first:
- A pitch doesn't guarantee coverage. We review what our readers are actually trying to decide on.
- We test with a normal account wherever we can. If you give us free access, we will disclose it in the review.
- We don't send drafts for approval. If you spot a factual error after publication, tell us, and we'll check it.
- If you prefer to write the review yourself, your work will be extensively reviewed and approved by our in-house product testers and content writers.
